This fun and flirty cotton dress is handcrafted by artisan Khun Pun of Thailand with cap sleeves, a rounded V-neck , and an A-line silhouette. The dress is tie-dyed denim blue with a thin white stripe running horizontally just under the bust line and again near the hem. The neckline is trimmed in crochet dyed to match, complete with a rosette and two tassels.
